We Germans are among the world champions in the consumption of new clothes and a large part is disposed of already after a short time in used clothing collections. Used clothing could be marketed in a useful and socially acceptable way. Worldwide there are many people who are in need of preferably cheap clothing. But the whereabouts of most of the free used clothing is not decided by need, but by the question who pays the most.
