Cocoa Barometer 2025
The 2025 Cocoa Barometer reviews current sustainability trends in the cocoa sector and draws attention to important social, economic, and environmental issues that often receive too little focus. It encourages stakeholders to engage in discussion and collaboration to address these challenges.
On the occasion of the 15th anniversary of the VOICE network, this Barometer not only examines the present situation but also reflects on historical developments and possible future risks. The analysis is based on consultations with civil society in cocoa-producing countries, extensive internal discussions within the Cocoa Barometer Consortium, and input from public institutions and cocoa and chocolate companies.
