Valuable as leather. Being a leather industry worker and producer in Turkey
In its new study, the SÜDWIND Institute documents unacceptable problems in Turkish small enterprises in the leather sector. In the summer of 2021, workers and employers who produce leather, shoes, belts or bags in Turkey were interviewed. Experts and parents of children working in the sector also had their say in the survey.
